Salesforce Developer
Responsibilities:
• Configure and enhance Salesforce applications using declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, formula fields, workflows, and related platform features.
• Build and maintain secure access models by administering roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings across the Salesforce environment.
• Develop and support customer-facing and partner-facing portal experiences within Experience Cloud to strengthen collaboration and engagement.
• Create custom Salesforce functionality through Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to address business and operational needs.
• Connect Salesforce with external platforms and third-party applications through APIs and middleware to improve data exchange and process efficiency.
• Write performant, scalable Apex triggers and classes with a strong focus on bulk processing and platform best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to help ensure stable and high-quality releases.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation covering solution design, system configuration, and custom development details.
• Provide production support, including issue resolution and periodic off-hours or weekend on-call coverage, to maintain system performance and availability.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Flow, validation rules, formula fields, and other declarative capabilities.
• Proficiency in Apex development, including classes and triggers designed for performance and bulk data processing.
• Experience building solutions with Lightning components, Visualforce, and the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Salesforce APIs, and middleware tools.
• Familiarity with testing, release management, configuration management, and technical documentation practices.
• Experience with Agentforce or comparable AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities is preferred.
