Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office support activities, including stocking refreshments, organizing supplies, distributing product samples, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
• Conduct routine checks of office and building areas, arrange maintenance when needed, and follow through on workplace issues to help maintain a safe and functional environment.
• Prepare desks and common areas for employees and visitors, and assist with access badges or related workplace entry needs.
• Coordinate meeting spaces by handling room reservations, arranging shared office resources, and providing basic audio-visual support for events and internal gatherings.
• Track inventory for office, meeting, and event materials, and work with vendors to place orders and ensure items are replenished on time.
• Provide front-desk and clerical support by answering inbound calls, assisting visitors, scanning documents, and completing administrative filing or recordkeeping tasks.
• Support online store operations as needed, which may include processing orders, monitoring stock levels, preparing shipments, and responding to customer inquiries after training is completed.
Qualifications:
• Experience in office support, receptionist, or administrative roles in a detail-focused environment.• Ability to answer inbound calls, greet visitors, and provide dependable front-office assistance.
• Proficiency with clerical tasks such as scanning documents, filing, record maintenance, and general administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage supplies, schedules, and multiple day-to-day requests.
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors, building contacts, and internal staff to resolve office-related needs.
• Ability to use basic office technology, including scanning equipment and standard workplace software.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when assisting employees, visitors, and external contacts.
Compensation
