Sr. Investment Manager & Financial Planning Supervisor

An RIA based in the greater Parsippany, NJ area is currently expanding their team and looking to add an Investment & Financial Planning Analyst to their team. The Investment & Financial Planning Analyst will support a growing team of financial advisors by providing in-depth investment analysis, research, and modeling, conducting tax planning activities (such as ROTH conversions), and supporting complex financial planning. The ideal Investment & Financial Planning Analyst will have 7-10+ years' experience working for RIA's and wealth management firms, will have extensive knowledge of investments (Mutual Funds, ETF's, etc.), and will be knowledgeable in tax planning research. Strong Excel and critical thinking skills are a must.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 7-10 years' of experience working in wealth management and financial planning

• Proficiency with financial planning software (Morningstar, Aladdin, eMoney, MoneyGuide, Naviplan, or similar)

• Deep knowledge of investments, insurance products, and tax planning is required.

• CFP or CFA is strongly desired

• Additional credentials like ChFC or Series 6/7 licensing are advantageous.

• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills are critical.

• Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are necessary to excel in this role.

Compensation

$150,000.00-$200,000.00 Yearly
