Project Assistant - Research
Our client, a local service company is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable project assistant to join their team. As a project assistant, you will be responsible for processing incoming enrollments accurately and efficiently while maintaining detailed records using Excel spreadsheet and conducting market research via multiple platforms. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of a dynamic and supportive team.
100% onsite position located near the Hamilton Place Mall Area Chattanooga TN 37421
Hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to track and manage enrollment data effectively.
Maintain meticulous records and ensure data entry is error-free.
Adhere to established procedures while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency while managing multiple priorities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure enrollment tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, enrollment processing, or a similar detail-oriented role.• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, including the ability to work confidently with spreadsheets and data tracking tools.
• Strong typing and data entry skills with a consistent focus on precision and completeness.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies before finalizing records.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced setting while maintaining urgency and organization.
• Reliable attendance and a track record of dependability in an onsite work environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to follow procedures while handling routine audits or quality checks.
Compensation
