Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Attorney to support our IT consulting operations on a contract basis. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in commercial agreements, software licensing matters, and cinternational legal support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support on a range of commercial matters, with a primary focus on drafting, reviewing, and advising on contracts.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to negotiate agreement terms that protect business interests while enabling timely execution.

• Handle software licensing reviews and related legal considerations for technology-focused engagements.

• Help reduce a backlog of legal work by prioritizing urgent matters and delivering practical, business-focused guidance.

• Support regional legal needs by responding promptly to requests and coordinating with business partners as required.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Attorney with demonstrated experience handling commercial contracts and legal negotiations.

• Strong background in software licensing and contract lifecycle support.

• Mandarin proficiency with the ability to read, write, and conduct business-related communication preferred.

• Proven ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail and sound judgment.

• Comfortable working in a contract engagement with flexibility to support either part-time or permanent needs.
