Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join a team in a contract-to-permanent position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with information accurately and efficiently while supporting daily administrative operations. The role offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule and suits candidates who are comfortable handling high-volume data tasks in an office environment.

Responsibilities:
• Enter numeric and text-based information into company systems with a high level of speed and accuracy.
• Review source documents carefully to confirm data is complete, consistent, and properly formatted before submission.
• Update records and maintain organized electronic files to support day-to-day business operations.
• Identify discrepancies in entered information and take appropriate steps to correct errors promptly.
• Work closely with internal staff to ensure information is recorded accurately and available when needed.
• Perform routine administrative support related to data processing and record maintenance.
• Manage assigned workloads efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
• Strong typing ability with consistent accuracy in high-volume entry work.
• Comfort working with numeric data and computer-based record systems.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while staying focused and organized.
• Bilingual communication skills are preferred but not required.
• Availability to work onsite in Lake Worth, Florida Monday through Friday.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
