Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT SME (contract)

We are looking for a data-focused, detail-oriented individual to support fundraising operations and reporting for a nonprofit organization in Denver, Colorado. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can strengthen data quality, build meaningful visibility into donor and grant activity, and help improve day-to-day use of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. The role works closely with development and data partners to turn incomplete or outdated information into reliable reporting, cleaner records, and more effective processes.

Responsibilities:
• Build and refine grant tracking reports, dashboards, and related analytics to provide clearer insight into fundraising activity and outcomes.
• Maintain and improve donor lifecycle reporting by organizing data, developing useful queries, and identifying trends that support decision-making.
• Support mailing-related workflows and automation efforts to help outreach activities run more efficiently and accurately.
• Perform hands-on data cleanup to resolve incomplete, inconsistent, or outdated records within the system.
• Collaborate with development and data teams to strengthen address validation practices and improve overall data reliability.
• Translate business needs into practical reporting solutions within Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and related tools.
• Monitor data integrity across fundraising records and recommend process improvements that reduce manual corrections over time.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, fundraising systems, or related CRM-focused work.
• Hands-on experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is strongly preferred.
• Salesforce experience may be considered if paired with strong reporting, data management, and analytics capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to clean, organize, and validate data for accurate reporting and operational use.
• Experience creating queries, dashboards, and reports that support fundraising, donor management, or grant activity.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work through manual data issues in a structured way.
• Background in nonprofit organizations is helpful, though not required.

Compensation

$38.00-$44.00 Hourly
