Supply Chain/Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes to meet business objectives and customer demand. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex supply chain networks while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and cost control
• Coordinate logistics, distribution, and transportation activities
• Forecast demand and plan supply to meet customer and production requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or cost
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards
• Track KPIs and prepare reports on supply chain performance

Qualifications:

• Experience managing sales and operations planning, demand planning, or supply chain coordination in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, procurement processes, and global supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and planning support.
• Ability to develop and interpret KPI reporting to guide decisions and measure planning performance.
• Demonstrated skill in coordinating purchase requests, forecasting inputs, and operational planning activities.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to align stakeholders across sales, operations, and finance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business risks, identify trends, and support process improvements with data.

Compensation

$53.00-$65.00 Hourly
