Client Services Associate

We are looking for a Client Services Associate to support a high-quality client experience. This role focuses on coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining accurate client information, and helping the team stay organized and responsive. The ideal candidate brings strong financial planning knowledge or exposure to that environment, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to handle administrative work with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Guide new clients through onboarding steps, ensuring documentation is complete and expectations are clearly communicated.

• Keep client files, account details, and related records accurate, current, and well organized.

• Assist with compliance-related tasks by monitoring documentation requirements and supporting adherence to internal standards.

• Prepare meeting packets, reports, and supporting materials for upcoming client appointments.

• Serve as a dependable point of contact for client service requests, follow-ups, and routine account-related questions.

• Identify workflow gaps and recommend practical improvements that enhance service quality and team efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in client services, client support, or a similar customer-facing administrative role.

• Working knowledge of financial planning concepts and the ability to support clients in a detail-focused services environment.

• Demonstrated strength in client relations with a service-oriented and detail-focused approach.

• Experience handling administrative procedures with accuracy, discretion, and strong organizational skills.

• Proficiency using CRM systems to track client activity, maintain records, and manage follow-up tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare detail-focused client-facing materials.

Must have Series 7/ 66 licenses

Compensation

$80,000.00-$100,000.00 Yearly
