Account Executive
Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects, initiating outreach, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Manage client accounts with a focus on service quality, retention, and expansion of existing partnerships.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring requests are addressed promptly and solutions align with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals, coordinate deliverables, and support successful execution of client programs.
• Strengthen revenue growth by uncovering cross-sell and upsell opportunities within current and prospective accounts.
• Contribute market and client insights that help refine account strategy and improve overall business development efforts.
• Support agency-style account service activities, including relationship management, communications coordination, and ongoing client engagement.
• Maintain clear records of account activity, sales progress, and follow-up actions to support accurate pipeline visibility.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in both business development and account management roles.• Mid-level or senior-level background with the ability to manage client relationships independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in client-facing environments.
• Experience working in an agency, digital agency, media agency, or public relations account service setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with nonprofit or healthcare clients is helpful, though not required.
• Ability to connect with corporate stakeholders and develop new business opportunities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining responsiveness and attention to detail.
• Background in account executive work with exposure to client support, business growth, and service delivery.
