Litigation Paralegal
A highly reputable boutique law practice in Seattle is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their collaborative and passionate team with plaintiff employment law matters.
The salary range is 75-100k DOE with additional bonus earnings twice per year. The firm offers medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with safe harbor and profit sharing, 10 days PTO in first year + sick time, 11 paid holidays and ability to work from home on a hybrid basis 2x weekly. The role will support multiple attorneys with full litigation process, including trial prep and in-trial support. Paralegals are main point of contacts for clients (as are attorneys), handle document retrieval and management, discovery prep and drafting, drafting pleadings and filing/ corresponding with courts, and utilize Claude to innovate processes with the use of AI as well as operate traditional functions.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a litigation paralegal position, employment law experience desired but not required
- Experience supporting with cases that have gone through trial, not just settling prior to trial date
- Prior experience with drafting pleadings, discovery docs, correspondence and other legal documents
- Superb client care and management skills with a desire to represent plaintiffs
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively
