ERP Systems Analyst (SAP Business One / B1)

The ERP Systems Analyst will provide support for SAP Business One (SAP B1) and related business systems to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and user adoption. This role is responsible for end-user support, training, documentation, reporting, system maintenance, and assisting with ongoing ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of business processes and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary support for SAP Business One and related business applications.
• Develop user training materials, including written documentation, how-to guides, and instructional videos.
• Onboard and train new users across multiple business systems.
• Deliver one-on-one support and guidance to users on system functionality and best practices.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of database structures and relationships that support ERP operations.
• Document, analyze, and improve business processes and workflows related to ERP systems.
• Develop a strong understanding of organizational business operations and system dependencies.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and customizations.
• Maintain and validate business data and reporting through tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Excel Report Builder.
• Participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience supporting SAP Business One (SAP B1) or a comparable ERP platform.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as Dematic, Accellos, or similar solutions preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
• Understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.

Technical Skills:

• ERP software administration and support
• Microsoft SQL Server query development and analysis
• SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Excel Report Builder
• Microsoft Office Suite

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced office environment supporting multiple ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Primarily sedentary role requiring extended periods of computer use and regular interaction with end users and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking are essential for success.

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 20% travel may be required to support remote offices, operational facilities, and end users across multiple locations.

Compensation

$90,000.00-$110,000.00 Yearly
