Systems Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to oversee cloud and datacenter operations, ensuring smooth functionality and compliance with organizational standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership, managing a team of engineers and administrators while maintaining hands-on involvement. This is a long-term contract position based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations of cloud engineering, systems administration, and organizational resources to ensure efficient task completion.
• Lead the incident management process, including triaging, assigning, tracking, and resolving high-priority incidents.
• Oversee compliance measures across cloud and infrastructure services to meet organizational standards.
• Manage the delivery of project tasks assigned through ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with architectural requirements.
• Review and verify the quality of engineering work, addressing technical issues as needed.
• Maintain operational tasks such as patching, monitoring, and deployments while balancing team capacity.
• Provide technical support and triage for infrastructure issues without unnecessary escalation.
• Facilitate daily standups, weekly status updates, and allocate team capacity effectively to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in managing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server platforms.
• Familiarity with Citrix technologies and their implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in managing Microsoft Exchange systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams in both technical and managerial capacities.
• Skilled in incident management and resolving infrastructure issues.
• Knowledge of compliance and organizational governance in cloud and datacenter operations.
