Property Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, tenants, and vendors professionally while managing front desk activities and directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative support for property operations, helping maintain an organized and efficient workplace environment.
• Assist with scheduling, meeting room coordination, and general office logistics to support staff and building activities.
• Respond to routine tenant and workplace requests promptly, escalating issues when needed to ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records, track service requests, and support documentation related to property administration activities.
• Help oversee vendor visits, deliveries, and building access procedures in alignment with site protocols.
• Support workplace experience efforts by helping create a clean, functional, and service-oriented environment for occupants.
• Perform general receptionist and clerical duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and handling administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in property administration, office coordination, reception, or a similar support role.• Demonstrated ability to perform receptionist duties with professionalism and strong customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with visitors, tenants, and internal teams.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in handling records, schedules, and multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using standard office software and administrative tools to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a workplace support environment.
• Reliable problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
