Salesforce Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the ongoing administration of the Salesforce platform, keeping configurations aligned with operational needs and long-term business goals.
• Build and refine Flow-based automations that streamline processes across sales, service, and other connected functions.
• Recommend practical solutions that prioritize standard Salesforce capabilities before introducing custom development.
• Shape platform designs that follow sound architectural principles and support reliability, performance, and future growth.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions and clearly defined requirements.
• Maintain user access, security settings, and data governance practices to protect system integrity and sensitive information.
• Coordinate data loading, extraction, and validation activities to ensure information remains accurate, complete, and usable.
• Support integration-related work by managing Salesforce-side objects, connected applications, and data structures in partnership with technical teams.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and documentation that improve visibility into performance and support knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Provide user guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and mentoring for entry-level administrators while monitoring platform health and identifying improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
• At least 6 years of experience in Salesforce administration, Salesforce analysis, or a closely related platform support role.• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce administration, including configuration, security management, and platform best practices.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining Salesforce Flow automations.
• Working knowledge of Apex, Salesforce APIs, and Sales Cloud functionality.
• Experience with ETL processes, data imports and exports, and data management standards.
• Understanding of Salesforce integrations, including connected apps, data mapping, and coordination with external systems.
• Familiarity with Lightning components or modern Salesforce development concepts is preferred.
• Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein, Agentforce, or similar platform-based AI tools is a plus.
