ERP Administrator/Analyst

We are looking for an ERP Administrator/Analyst to strengthen business operations in St. Paul, Minnesota by improving and supporting the Epicor Kinetic environment. This position offers the chance to work closely with manufacturing, finance, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver practical system enhancements, meaningful reporting, and scalable solutions that support continued growth. The ideal candidate combines strong technical development skills with a business-minded approach to solving operational challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and enhance Epicor Kinetic solutions to improve efficiency across core business functions.

• Build and maintain BPMs, Functions, and Application Studio customizations that align system behavior with operational needs.

• Develop BAQs, dashboards, data definitions, and report styles to provide clear visibility into business performance.

• Create and support SQL Server and SSRS-based reporting solutions that deliver accurate and actionable information.

• Partner with stakeholders in operations, finance, and engineering to gather requirements and translate them into effective ERP improvements.

• Manage integrations between Epicor and other business platforms using reliable, scalable technical approaches.

• Troubleshoot application issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective changes that improve system stability.

• Document configurations, development work, and support processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working with ERP platforms, including strong hands-on expertise with Epicor Kinetic.
• Proven ability to develop and support BAQs, dashboards, data definitions, report styles, BPMs, Functions, and Application Studio solutions.
• Solid experience with SQL Server, including data analysis, query development, and reporting support.
• Background in SSRS or similar reporting tools used to produce business reports and dashboards.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with other business applications through APIs or related methods.
• Working knowledge of client-side scripting, configuration management, and business requirements documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with cross-functional teams to define and deliver system improvements.

Compensation

$125,000.00-$150,000.00 Yearly
