Compensation: $18 to $21 Hourly

We are looking for a welcoming and highly organized Receptionist to support daily front office operations for a contract-to-hire position in Georgia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a strong first impression, keeping administrative tasks on track, and providing dependable support in a busy office environment. The Receptionist will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, employees, and deliveries while helping maintain an efficient and well-maintained workplace.


Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors warmly, guide them appropriately, and help create a positive experience from arrival through departure.

• Control entry to the office by managing guest access and coordinating building entry and exit as needed.

• Handle incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries by sorting and routing items to the correct recipients each day.

• Prepare and coordinate outgoing correspondence and shipments to ensure timely dispatch.

• Keep the reception area neat, orderly, and presentation-ready throughout the workday.

• Provide administrative assistance to internal departments, including support with routine office tasks and communication needs.

• Answer inbound calls courteously, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and transfer calls accurately.

• Use standard office software and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, to support daily operations.


Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
• Detail-oriented approach to customer service and workplace interactions.
• Working knowledge of common office applications such as Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and careful attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Comfortable answering inbound phone calls, routing calls correctly, and supporting day-to-day front office operations.

Compensation

$18.00-$21.00 Hourly
