Supply Chain Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete procurement cycle, from preparing purchase requests to issuing and tracking purchase orders through fulfillment.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify delays, cost drivers, and service gaps, then recommend practical improvements.
• Coordinate the movement of materials and products across suppliers, production, and customer delivery channels to maintain operational continuity.
• Partner with internal teams to align purchasing activity with demand forecasts and production requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, order status, and inventory needs to reduce disruption and support on-time availability.
• Support forecasting and production planning activities by translating historical trends and business demand into actionable supply plans.
• Develop reports and performance metrics that highlight efficiency, spending patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, procurement, logistics, or a closely related function.• Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management principles across sourcing, planning, and distribution.
• Experience working with global supply chain operations and coordinating with external vendors or suppliers.
• Strong forecasting and production planning skills with the ability to interpret data and support business decisions.
• Hands-on experience managing purchase orders and full-cycle procurement activities.
• Proficiency in analyzing operational data to improve service levels, cost control, and overall supply chain performance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced business environment.
Compensation
