Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product planning and delivery for digital solutions supporting the waste and environmental services industry in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position will focus on shaping product direction, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving improvements across Android-based and cloud-enabled initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of product strategy, Agile execution, and technical fluency in AI-driven features, experimentation, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:
• Define product goals, priorities, and release plans for Android and cloud-based solutions that align with business needs and user expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable product requirements and well-scoped deliverables.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly written, prioritized effectively, and ready for Agile Scrum delivery cycles.
• Use Atlassian Jira and bug tracking tools to monitor development progress, address product issues, and support timely resolution of defects.
• Evaluate opportunities to incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities into product features to improve usability, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Lead A/B testing and performance analysis to validate product changes, measure outcomes, and guide future enhancements.
• Communicate product updates, roadmap decisions, and delivery status to stakeholders with clarity and consistency.
• Partner with technical teams on cloud technology initiatives and related product activities, including changes tied to systems or process evolution when needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience serving as a Product Manager in a technology-focused environment.
• Working knowledge of Android development concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with mobile engineering teams.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications and their use in product development.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira, backlog management, and bug tracking processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum practices, including backlog grooming and iterative delivery.
• Experience using A/B testing and product data to support decision-making and feature optimization.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and product delivery in modern digital platforms.
