PT Recruiter- onsite
We are looking for an experienced part-time Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a manufacturing organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will lead end-to-end recruitment with a focus on corporate and engineering talent, helping teams attract candidates with relevant experience in a fast-moving environment. The role requires someone who can manage multiple openings, evaluate applicants efficiently, and partner closely with hiring leaders to maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and engineering positions, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, build effective search strategies, and keep hiring activity aligned with business needs.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify individuals whose background matches position requirements.
• Oversee high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining a positive candidate experience and consistent communication throughout the process.
• Use Workday and related recruiting tools to track applicants, maintain accurate records, and monitor progress across active requisitions.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback from stakeholders, and drive timely movement of candidates through each hiring stage.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles within corporate functions and engineering teams.
• Support recruiting process improvements and assist with updates to hiring workflows or systems when needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including ownership of full-cycle hiring activities.• Background recruiting for corporate roles, with the ability to support engineering searches preferred.
• Experience handling volume-based hiring while balancing quality, speed, and candidate engagement.
• Proficiency using Workday for applicant tracking, requisition management, and recruiting documentation.
• Strong resume review and applicant screening skills with sound judgment in candidate evaluation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Well-organized approach to managing multiple openings, deadlines, and changing business priorities.
Compensation
