Social Media Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media plans that align with broader brand and marketing objectives across multiple digital platforms.
• Create and manage compelling branded content designed to increase visibility, audience interaction, and campaign performance.
• Monitor social channel performance, interpret engagement data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate campaign messaging, timelines, and deliverables in a matrixed organization.
• Adjust priorities and optimize campaign activity as business goals shift or new opportunities emerge.
• Prepare clear presentations, updates, and performance summaries for internal partners using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout planning, content execution, and post-campaign analysis to ensure high-quality delivery.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in social media, brand marketing, or a related marketing function.• Background working within entertainment, technology, or another complex organizational environment is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage social media campaigns, content strategies, and branded digital initiatives.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using analytics or visualization tools such as Tableau to evaluate campaign and channel performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas, plans, and outcomes clearly.
• Proven ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
