Marketing and Proposal Manager
We are seeking a Marketing and Proposal Manager with 2+ years of relevant experience to support marketing and business development efforts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is heavily involved in proposal and qualifications development while also contributing to broader marketing, communications, and content initiatives. This is a fully onsite position in Metro West/Greater Boston with a salary of 75-90K with some flex depending on qualifications and experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor who can manage multiple pursuits at once and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and proofread content for RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and qualifications packages
- Develop proposal narratives, resumes, project descriptions, case studies, and interview materials
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across written marketing content
- Maintain marketing content libraries, templates, and related materials
- Support website updates, social media content, thought leadership, and other marketing initiatives
- Provide general coordination support across multiple marketing projects
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, proposals, or professional services preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in AEC or other proposal-driven environments is a plus
Compensation
