Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who can manage the full cycle of bookkeeping functions and help support the financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities
• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting schedules
• Coordinate with outside accountants for tax preparation and audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar systems
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
