Data Entry Specialist

In this role, you’ll help keep important information up to date, organized, and easy to access. If you’re fast, focused, and enjoy behind-the-scenes work that makes a big impact, this could be a great fit for you

What You’ll Do:

Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.

Review information for accuracy and completeness before inputting records.

Verify, correct, and retrieve data as needed.

Organize digital and paper files to support efficient recordkeeping.

Assist with scanning, filing, and other clerical or administrative tasks.

Work with team members to ensure data is entered in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while staying focused and organized.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data systems is helpful.
• Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines.
• Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience is a plus.
