Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Receptionist

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Spanish Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers while providing front desk and administrative support in both English and Spanish. This role helps create a professional and welcoming environment by managing communications, greeting guests, handling office tasks, and directing inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information to callers and guests
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in and badge procedures
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative support tasks
  • Support office operations such as ordering supplies and coordinating basic office needs
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts in both English and Spanish
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality



Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
