Warehouse Associate (Distribution Center)
Location: Lewisville, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour, 90-day performance review, 1-year performance review
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate (DC Associate I) to join our team in Lewisville, TX. In this role, you’ll support daily distribution center operations across multiple functional areas including Receiving, Put Away, Order Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Special Programs.
This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity, teamwork, and attendance, while offering opportunities for cross-training and advancement.
Receiving
- Verify incoming products and quantities
- Identify non-conforming materials and quality issues
- Complete the required documentation
- Process receipts in the system
- Perform cross-docking activities
- Maintain organized documentation
Put Away
- Confirm part numbers and quantities
- Store inventory in correct locations efficiently and accurately
- Identify and report discrepancies or damage
- Update inventory locations in system
Order Picking
- Accurately pick and count parts
- Verify part numbers and locations
- Identify potential quality issues
- Package parts appropriately for protection
Packing & Shipping
- Verify part accuracy prior to shipment
- Package, label, and seal shipments properly
- Report any quality concerns
- Prepare shipments and stack cartons neatly on pallets
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
- Support cross-training across departments
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols
- Report safety hazards immediately
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Must be at least 18 and able to pass a background screening.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, flexible, and results-driven
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, climbing, and reaching
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
Equipment Used
RF scanners, conveyor systems, scales, label printers, shipping systems, and other warehouse equipment. (Training provided)
