About the Role & Team
This internship is within Real Estate. The intern will support the Real Estate team with selected initiatives such as directed by the VP Real Estate. The position offers hands-on experience with real business data, reporting tools, budget reviews, database input, market research and reviewing deal proposals
What You’ll Do
Portfolio & Lease Administration: Updating lease database, performing lease abstracts, supporting lease documentation
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist with budget review and deal financial analysis, reviewing proposals, Letter of Intent & leases.
Transaction / Utilization Support: Market research for targeted locations, sitting on calls with brokers and attorneys. Collection of global utilization from office managers
Space & Facility Coordination: Liaising with office managers on a day-to-day basis.
Hybrid role: Two to three days in our Boston office
What You Bring
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Visual lease,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
- Demonstrated interest in Real estate, finance, corporate operations.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation Transparency

The expected total annual compensation is $15.00/hour
