Summary:

1. Install above and below grade piping and supports
2. Install process equipment
3. Rig piping and equipment for crane hoisting
4. Install railings and grating
5. Set precast structures
6. Form and pour concrete structures
7. Tie Reinforcing bar for concrete slabs and walls
8. Pour concrete slabs and walls

Treatment Plant Laborer

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. Sufficient education or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills and characteristics to perform duties
3. 10 Hour OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain within ninety (90) days of employment
4. Thorough knowledge of Adena Corporation’s safety plan and OSHA regulations
5. Must be willing and able to travel to jobsites which may at times require overnight stays away from home
6. Must have a good work ethic, and the ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions
7. Ability to perform on a regular basis in outside weather conditions consisting of wet, hot, humid and/or freezing temperatures, also contending with dirt and dust
8. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
9. Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
11. Ability to work in a team environment
12. Ability to problem solve various situations
