Purchaser
Responsibilities:
• Source materials and supplies from domestic and global vendors to meet production and operational demands.
• Create, review, and manage purchase orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company requirements.
• Coordinate the procurement of raw materials while monitoring availability, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Partner with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain appropriate stock levels and support efficient material flow.
• Track purchasing activities from request through delivery and address issues related to delays, shortages, or order discrepancies.
• Support procurement-related projects by organizing timelines, communicating updates, and helping drive completion of key purchasing initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a purchasing, buying, or procurement-focused role.• Working knowledge of purchase order processing and day-to-day purchasing operations.
• Experience sourcing materials and managing supplier relationships for domestic and international purchasing.
• Familiarity with raw material procurement and inventory coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple orders and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across warehouse, inventory, and operations teams.
Compensation
