HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities to ensure candidates move efficiently through onboarding steps.
• Prepare orientation materials, welcome packets, and employee folders with accurate documentation and consistent organization.
• Manage screening process requirements and follow up on outstanding items to support timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain employee information in HR systems and update records to reflect status changes, documentation, and onboarding completion.
• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including document handling, tracking required forms, and responding to routine inquiries.
• Monitor onboarding paperwork for completeness and help ensure processes align with company policies and HR compliance standards.
• Partner with internal HR team members and staffing stakeholders to support a positive and well-coordinated new employee experience.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, or human resources administration.• Hands-on experience supporting onboarding processes, including document collection and onboarding logistics.
• Familiarity with candidate screening coordination and maintaining confidential employee information.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and the ability to enter, update, and review employee data accurately.
• Understanding of HR compliance practices and standard employment documentation requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a detail-focused environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a detail-focused approach when interacting with employees and internal teams.
Compensation
