Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a courteous and helpful approach while ensuring the front desk area remains organized and presentable.
• Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and provide clear information to callers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and assist with front-of-house support to create a smooth and positive site experience.
• Handle routine reception and administrative tasks such as monitoring visitor access, maintaining logs, and supporting day-to-day office needs.
• Respond to general questions from internal teams and external guests while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Support scheduling and communication needs related to front desk activities during assigned on-site workdays.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, concierge, or similar customer-facing support role.• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls effectively and route messages accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact courteously with visitors, staff, and external contacts.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.
• Reliable availability to work on-site in Stamford, Connecticut three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Clear verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented presence at the reception area.
Compensation
