Inside Sales Representative

Columbus, OH 43231, US Temporary
Compensation: $45 to $55 Yearly

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support customer engagement and sales activity for a client in East Columbus, OH. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping address inquiries, advance sales opportunities, and keep communication moving efficiently. The position is well suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and confident managing details across multiple customer interactions.


Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, provide timely answers to questions, and resolve service-related needs with professionalism.

• Pursue assigned leads and identify additional opportunities to expand the sales pipeline through proactive outreach.

• Develop strong rapport with customers and guide them through each stage of the sales cycle.

• Facilitate clear communication between customers and estimators to ensure expectations, timelines, and project details are aligned.

• Prepare, review, and distribute proposals, agreements, and related sales documents with a high degree of accuracy.

• Keep customer records, sales activity, and correspondence up to date in CRM and other company tools.

• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate with close attention to detail across all customer and internal interactions.

• Be present and available for onsite field visits


Qualifications:

• Prior experience in inside sales, customer-facing sales support, or a related business development role.
• Ability to manage inbound telephone conversations while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrated success with lead generation, follow-up activity, and sales call coordination.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and comfort working within sales-related software systems.
• Strong written communication skills for preparing and reviewing proposals, contracts, and sales correspondence.
• Effective relationship-building skills and the ability to coordinate with customers and cross-functional partners.
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail when managing documentation and sales information.

Compensation

$45,000.00-$55,000.00 Yearly
