Systems Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, including user accounts, group policies, permissions, and directory services support.
• Manage Microsoft Windows Server systems to ensure strong performance, system availability, and ongoing reliability across the organization.
• Provide support for Windows 10 endpoints, addressing technical issues, system updates, configuration needs, and end-user functionality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Dell infrastructure components to maintain hardware health and reduce operational disruptions.
• Support Citrix platforms by managing access, resolving session issues, and helping deliver a consistent virtual desktop or application experience.
• Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and upgrades to keep infrastructure secure and aligned with operational requirements.
• Investigate technical incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to prevent recurring system problems.
• Document administrative procedures, environment changes, and support activities to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience administering Active Directory in a business environment.• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and support.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 devices and desktop environments.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware and infrastructure systems.
• Practical experience with Citrix technologies in a production setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot system, server, and endpoint issues in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple technical priorities effectively.
Compensation
