Recruiting Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, overseeing each stage from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interviews and hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines by using proactive sourcing methods across job boards, databases, networking channels, and other recruiting resources.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and adjust search strategies as business needs evolve.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit for open positions.
• Manage activity within the applicant tracking system, ensuring records are accurate, current, and compliant throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication between candidates and internal stakeholders to keep searches moving efficiently.
• Support offer preparation and other recruitment-related documentation while maintaining a consistent and timely candidate experience.
• Monitor recruiting progress and share updates with stakeholders on pipeline health, hiring challenges, and market availability of talent.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple stages of the hiring process.
• Background in corporate recruiting, with the ability to support a variety of roles.
• Hands-on skill in candidate sourcing and talent identification using multiple recruiting channels.
• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating applicants against defined job criteria.
• Proficiency working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining organized recruitment data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills when partnering with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage several open requisitions at once while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
