Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support commercial agreement activities for a manufacturing client. This Long-term Contract position will focus on handling a broad range of sales-related contract matters, from routine agreements to more sophisticated commercial transactions. The role is well suited for a senior contract management specialist or contracts counsel who can provide practical guidance, careful drafting, and effective negotiation support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for commercial sales agreements, including review, drafting, revision, and execution support.

• Negotiate terms and conditions for both straightforward and more complex business transactions while protecting company interests.

• Provide day-to-day guidance on commercial contract matters to internal stakeholders across the organization.

• Assess contractual language to identify risk, clarify obligations, and recommend balanced solutions.

• Partner with business teams to prepare, update, and finalize agreements in a timely and accurate manner.

• Support project-related contract work as needed, including initiatives tied to broader operational changes.

• Maintain organized contract documentation and help ensure consistency in contract administration practices.

Qualifications:

• Background as a transactional attorney or senior contract manager with strong experience in commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to review, draft, and negotiate contracts covering a range of complexity levels.
• Hands-on experience with commercial contracts in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and contract administration principles.
• Ability to interpret legal and business terms and translate them into practical contract solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation

$50.00-$65.00 Hourly
