Digital Designer

We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role blends strong visual design expertise with motion capabilities, supporting digital campaigns, branded content, presentations, and web experiences. The ideal candidate brings a refined creative eye, can turn visual concepts into effective motion work, and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging, brand-consistent assets.

Responsibilities:
• Create motion-driven creative assets for digital channels, including social media, web experiences, and video content, with close attention to timing, flow, and visual finish.
• Transform static visual directions into scalable animated frameworks that maintain clarity, consistency, and strong storytelling.
• Develop presentation materials, branded graphics, social assets, and web design elements that reflect a modern aesthetic and support established brand standards.
• Build and maintain modular design systems that work effectively across both static and motion-based deliverables.
• Contribute visual concepts and creative thinking that help shape direction, using references and exploratory ideas to align stakeholders.
• Manage assigned projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality expectations, and creative objectives are met.
• Partner with designers, strategists, editors, and other collaborators to align narrative goals with strong visual execution.
• Identify potential issues, suggest improvements in approach, and provide constructive feedback that supports team output and designers' development.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strength in typography, composition, layout, spacing, and overall visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating design work for digital-first platforms such as social media, websites, and branded online content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects for animation and motion design production.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of core motion design principles such as pacing, easing, rhythm, and transitions.
• Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple rounds of feedback.
• Strong organizational habits, including clean file management and dependable handoff practices.

Compensation

$47.50-$55.00 Hourly
