Financial Reporting Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead routine accounting and financial reporting activities to maintain continuity across daily finance operations.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirements.
• Produce monthly financial reporting packages and assemble quarterly lender reporting materials for distribution to key stakeholders.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations that communicate financial performance, trends, and key takeaways in a clear executive-ready format.
• Review balance sheet activity, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies to support reliable period-end close results.
• Manage consolidation processes across entities and leverage consolidation systems, including HFM when applicable, to support reporting accuracy.
• Assist the broader finance team during organizational readiness efforts by maintaining core reporting and accounting deliverables.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather reporting inputs, validate results, and support ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in financial reporting leadership roles with strong exposure to controller-level or senior accounting responsibilities.• Deep expertise in consolidations, including preparation and review of consolidated financial statements.
• Hands-on background producing monthly financial statements, annual reporting deliverables, and quarterly reporting packages.
• Working knowledge of SEC reporting concepts, including experience supporting EPS and related financial disclosures.
• Strong proficiency in balance sheet reconciliation, account review, and period-end financial close activities.
• Experience using financial consolidation and reporting tools; HFM experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to present financial information in a concise and detail-focused manner.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid or fully remote arrangement while maintaining dependable communication during normal business hours.
