Administrative Assistant
A growing commercial property management firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, tenant communications, and administrative projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a key support resource for a busy team.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling requests
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with contract and lease documentation
- Coordinate office supply ordering and vendor communications
- Support leadership with special projects and administrative initiatives
Tenant & Client Support
- Respond to tenant inquiries and route requests appropriately
- Maintain accurate records and database information
- Assist with work order tracking and vendor coordination
- Support customer service efforts and office operations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Property management or real estate experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Compensation
