Temporary HR Client Services Representative
The Temporary HR Client Services Representative contributes to existing workload related to Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Authorization completion and is responsible for verifying the identity and employment authorization of newly hired employees by completing Section 2 of Form I-9 within the timeframe required by Federal law. Reviews original, acceptable documents presented by new hires and ensures all information is accurately recorded. May initiate and monitor E-Verify cases for new hires in accordance with federal requirements and organization policy. Additionally, performs I-9 reverification for existing employees whose employment authorization documents are expiring, ensuring the organization maintains continuous I-9 compliance.
Must retain knowledge of current USCIS guidelines, acceptable documents lists, and E-Verify procedures. Attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive personal information required. Adherence to established University, Local, State, and Federal policies, procedures, guidelines, and laws in the completion of any other assigned duties is required. Promptness, personal responsibility/accountability, and respect for clients and colleagues are absolutely necessary.
This position is in-person, 4-5 days per week for the duration of the assignment.
Experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
