Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Principal SW Configuration Analyst to join our team located onsite in Melbourne, Florida.
Duties include:
- Change board administrator and facilitator-review, scribe, manage, report, and hold multiple meetings weekly with software teams in the appropriate allotted time period and deliver meeting minutes and notes at the conclusion of each meeting.
- Review several different software documentations, ensuring CM processes are implemented.
- Assist in creating and maintaining several projects within Jira.
- Organize, review, and authorize the release of new and revised documents specified by Program or Engineering Management.
- Building and creating an Artifactory to process and manage all software licenses for the program including costs and renewals more efficiently.
- Library custodian for all physical media that is acquired by the department for the program.
This position is contingent on obtainment of DoD Secret Security Clearance and Special Access Program clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in DoW configuration and/or data management or Master's degree with 3 years of professional work experience in DoW configuration and/or data management.
- Experience in Microsoft Office.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoW Secret clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) prior to start.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to start.
- Understanding of configuration management principles / best practices to include management of contract and supplier data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
- Previous experience working on a large proposal effort.
- Excellent organizational skills to include the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
