Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for you to join our team as an Intelligence Analyst - Level 2 or 3 based out of Aurora, CO.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct signals-focused intelligence analysis to support operational and technical mission needs.
  • Apply signals analysis techniques to characterize and assess signals of interest.
  • Use government and commercial analysis tools to process, exploit, and interpret complex data.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and clearly communicated intelligence products and briefings to customers and leadership.
  • Interact directly with customers to refine requirements, clarify intelligence needs, and explain analytical findings.
  • Support troubleshooting and optimization of systems and processing chains, including contributing to TIP (tactics, techniques, and procedures) refinement where applicable.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all security, handling, and classification requirements in a TS/SCI environment.

This requisition may be filled at a higher job grade based on the qualifications listed below.

This requisition may be filled as either a level 2 or level 3.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:

  • Active U.S. government Top Secret/SCI security clearance required at time of application.
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience; 0 years of relevant experience with a Master's. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Knowledge, comprehension, and application of signals analysis techniques.
  • Proven experience with analysis tools used for signals, geolocation, or related intelligence functions.
  • Effective soft skills and communication abilities for effective customer interaction (verbal and written).

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:

  • Active U.S. government Top Secret/SCI security clearance required at time of application.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's; 1 year of relevant experience with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Knowledge, comprehension, and application of signals analysis techniques.
  • Proven experience with analysis tools used for signals, geolocation, or related intelligence functions.
  • Effective soft skills and communication abilities for effective customer interaction (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in multiple geolocation techniques and methodologies.
  • Strong skills in system processing and troubleshooting to support operational effectiveness.
  • Active U.S. government Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI poly
  • Proven experience with CBET or similar tools/environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing TIP support for optimization and calibration of systems and processes.
  • Completion of, or equivalent knowledge to, the following courses:
    • EA-180 (MATH1030) Math for SIGINT
    • EA-279 (SIGE2810) Introduction to RADAR Theory
    • EA-280 (SIGE3810) Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis
    • EA-301 Advanced Interpretive ELINT Analysis
    • EA-380 Advanced Technical ELINT Analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear assessments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in both analysis and reporting.

Primary Level Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
