Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for you to join our team as an Intelligence Analyst - Level 4 based out of Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct hands-on technical signals analysis in support of operational and development activities.
  • Apply signals analysis techniques to characterize, exploit, and document a wide range of signals.
  • Use government and commercial signal analysis tool suites (e.g., WVT, DVT, CHAUEE, CBET, GALE or similar) to process, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Support AEM processing workflows, including data ingest, processing, quality review, and reporting.
  • Produce clear analytical reports, technical documentation, and briefings for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary engineering, operations, and intelligence teams to refine requirements and improve analysis workflows.
  • Adhere to all classification, handling, and security requirements in a TS/SCI environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility/access (TS/SCI) required at time of application
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years of relevant experience required with a Master's; 4 years of relevant experience required with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting hands-on technical signals analysis, or prior service in one of the following (or equivalent) roles:
    • Air Force 1N2C (1N2 equivalent)
    • Navy or Army 35S (98K equivalent)
  • Demonstrated knowledge, comprehension, and application of signals analysis techniques.
  • Experience using tools/tool suites applied to signal analysis such as WVT, DVT, CHAUEE, CBET, GALE or similar capabilities.
  • Familiarization with AEM processing and associated workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly in both written products and verbal briefings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional experience in SIGINT operations, mission planning, or collection management.
  • Experience with scripting or automation to support signal processing and analysis (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
  • Familiarity with modern RF systems, waveform analysis, and/or electronic warfare concepts.
  • Prior experience working in multi‑INT, joint, or coalition environments.

Primary Level Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
