HR Specialist – Talent Attraction & Programs

Why this Role Matters
The HR Specialist – Talent Attraction & Programs plays a key role in strengthening how we attract and engage talent across the enterprise. By leveraging people, process, data, and technology, you will help deliver scalable talent programs—such as our internship program, strategic partnerships, and talent systems—that build a strong talent pipeline. Success in this role means identifying opportunities for improvement, equipping stakeholders with insights and tools, and continuously improving programs to enhance outcomes.
What You Will Do
Support and execute enterprise early career programs, including internships and campus recruiting initiatives
Coordinate and enhance internship programming to ensure a consistent and positive experience across ITW divisions
Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to support recruiting and talent initiatives
Leverage HR systems (e.g., Workday, ATS/CRM tools) to manage data, track metrics, and improve recruiting efficiency
Analyze recruiting and talent data to generate insights, track outcomes, and inform decision-making
Support employer branding and talent marketing efforts, including university partnerships and engagement activities
What You Bring (Requirements)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or early career programs (internships count toward experience)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights (Excel proficiency preferred)
Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ATS/CRM tools) preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a continuous improvement mindset

Compensation Information:
The pay range for this position is approximately $72,000–$78,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and market conditions. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and additional employee programs.
