Carrier Account Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate ongoing communication with carrier and vendor partners to support account needs and maintain productive business relationships.
• Deliver training sessions and onboarding support to help team members and partners understand processes, service expectations, and compliance standards.
• Monitor vendor documentation, agreements, and contract-related records to help ensure requirements are current and properly maintained.
• Prepare and distribute business, client, and operational reports by gathering data, checking accuracy, and summarizing key findings for stakeholders.
• Use systems such as HubSpot and QuickBooks to update account information, track activities, and support daily administrative workflows.
• Respond to partner and customer inquiries with a service-focused approach, resolving issues or escalating concerns when needed.
• Assist with evaluating service outcomes and employee or partner performance metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain organized records and help coordinate process updates, including operational changes related to internal tools or workflows when assigned.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in account coordination, training support, vendor management, customer success, or a related function.• Demonstrated ability to lead or facilitate training, coaching, tutoring, or instructional sessions for diverse audiences.
• Working knowledge of vendor relationships, compliance tracking, agreements, and contract administration.
• Experience creating or maintaining client, business, or data-driven reports with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with business systems such as HubSpot, QuickBooks, or similar platforms used for account and operational support.
• Strong communication and customer support skills with the ability to build trust and manage follow-up effectively.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
