Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Direct project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives, schedules, and deliverables remain on track.
• Coordinate with teams across different functions to establish priorities, assign responsibilities, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, status updates, and reporting materials for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early, then develop practical mitigation strategies to reduce impact.
• Facilitate meetings, planning sessions, and follow-up actions to promote accountability and timely decision-making.
• Apply formal project management methodologies and Agile Scrum practices to support efficient execution and continuous progress.
• Monitor resource needs, budget considerations, and milestone performance to help ensure successful delivery.
• Support organizational project changes or process-related transitions as needed within the scope of assigned initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience leading projects in a dedicated Project Manager capacity.• Strong knowledge of formal project management principles, tools, and delivery frameworks.
• PMP certification or comparable project management credential.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and their application in project delivery.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
