Accountant

Are you an experienced accountant who enjoys variety, solving problems, and making an immediate impact? Robert Half's Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) practice is hiring a Senior Accountant to support clients across Fort Worth, Dallas, and the surrounding areas.

As an FTEP consultant, you are a full-time salaried employee of Robert Half who works on a variety of accounting and finance projects with our clients. This role offers the stability of full-time employment combined with the opportunity to gain exposure to different industries, systems, and business environments.

Responsibilities:

• Month-end and year-end close activities

• Account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis

• Journal entries and general ledger maintenance

• Financial statement preparation and reporting

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Process improvement and documentation of accounting procedures

• ERP system support, conversions, and data cleanup projects

• Assisting clients with special projects, audit preparation, and backlog reduction efforts

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations

• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, JD Edwards, Workday, or similar platforms preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Work Location:

This position supports clients throughout the Fort Worth and Dallas metroplex. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite at client locations and commuting up to 30 miles from their home residence. Assignments may be onsite or hybrid depending on client needs.
