Bilingual Spanish Recruiter

✅ Recruit, source, and screen qualified candidates

✅ Coordinate daily workforce scheduling and candidate communications
✅ Maintain candidate records, payroll-related documentation, and recruiting activity
✅ Partner with hiring managers to fill openings quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:
✔ Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
✔ Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development experience
✔ Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment
✔ Construction industry recruiting experience is a plus
✔ Competitive, self-motivated, and passionate about helping people find opportunitiesFluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly with bilingual candidates and staff.
• At least two years of combined experience in recruiting, sales, talent acquisition, customer service, and administrative support.
• Hands-on knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Solid problem-solving ability and a detail-oriented approach to candidate and employee interactions.
• Experience handling onboarding paperwork, compliance-related tasks, and general office coordination.
Compensation
