Interim Creative Director

Location: Dallas, TX 75248 (Onsite, 5 days/week, 10 AM to 3 PM)

Duration: 1 month (Contract)

We are seeking an Interim Creative Director to support our team on a 25-hour-per-week basis for a 1-month engagement. This role will be fully onsite in Dallas and will play a key part in leading and executing creative work across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing design work with project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute hands-on creative work across print, digital, and social channels.
2. Manage and prioritize incoming creative requests for the in-house design team.
3. Partner with external print vendors to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards.
4. Oversee creative consistency and ensure alignment with overall brand identity.
5. Contribute as both a strategic thinker and individual designer.

Qualifications:

Top Must-Haves:

1. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
2. Agency or hospitality experience required.
3. Ability to be hands-on while leading creative execution.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in restaurant or hospitality industries.
• Experience working with external production or print vendors.
• Familiarity with Figma.

Skills & Tools:

• Expertise across print, digital, and social design.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma is a plus.
