**Staff Accountant – High-Growth, Dynamic Consumer Brand (DFW)**

Carol Nichols, SVP Robert Half Finance and Accounting, is partnering with a rapidly growing, founder-led consumer brand in the DFW area to hire a Staff Accountant This organization is in expansion mode, with plans for significant national growth, and is building out its accounting team to support that trajectory.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Maintain and reconcile the general ledger within QuickBooks

* Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close

* Perform account and bank reconciliations

* Support payroll processing and maintain employee records

* Assist in developing and improving accounting processes

* Contribute to financial reporting and operational analysis

* Take on ad hoc projects tied to the company’s growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• At least 2 years of accounting experience with hands-on exposure to general ledger activities.

• Experience preparing journal entries, supporting month-end close, and completing account reconciliations.

• Strong analytical skills and careful attention to detail in daily accounting work.

• Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

• Consistent employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment to high-quality work.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
