VP of Technology
Responsibilities:
• Direct the overall health and performance of enterprise technology platforms, including CRM, infrastructure, and collaboration environments, to ensure dependable day-to-day operations.
• Shape and execute a technology roadmap that supports organizational goals, improves service delivery, and enhances the experience of both internal users and clients.
• Oversee system administration, platform integrations, and ongoing enhancements to maintain scalability, usability, and business alignment.
• Establish disciplined release, change, and incident management practices that minimize disruption and improve reliability across the technology environment.
• Partner with business leaders in sales, marketing, finance, operations, and client-facing teams to identify practical solutions and prioritize high-value initiatives.
• Champion opportunities for automation, artificial intelligence, and process optimization that increase efficiency and create measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with data stakeholders to strengthen reporting consistency, improve data quality, and support analytics and AI-enabled initiatives with dependable governance.
• Work with security partners and service providers to uphold access controls, reduce technology risk, and support compliance-focused operating standards.
• Lead vendor and partner relationships, monitoring service quality, cost effectiveness, and accountability while refining the external support landscape as needed.
• Provide oversight for technology project delivery, ensuring initiatives are executed with quality, clear stakeholder communication, and strong business outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.• At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience across technology operations, enterprise platforms, engineering, or related functions.
• Demonstrated success managing complex business systems, including Salesforce or comparable platforms.
• Broad knowledge spanning applications, data, infrastructure, security, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience establishing governance practices, managing third-party vendors, and maintaining effective service delivery standards.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead teams operating across distributed or remote environments.
• Familiarity with technologies and methods such as AWS, Cisco environments, core infrastructure management, Agile Scrum, and enterprise hardware.
• Preferred background includes advanced education or experience in service-focused roles, consulting, finance, automation, analytics, or AI-driven initiatives.
Compensation
